This is the most common reason why our clients call us. We will support you through all types of situations from office disputes through to more extreme cases such as violence or theft in the workplace. We also offer a mediation services where working relationships have broken down but are resolvable with the right support. Where necessary we will support with meetings that may result in disciplinary action including dismissal. This support can be at the end of the telephone or attending the meeting in person to support you and act as your witness.
